What is Neo-Romanticisim? Neo-Romanticism is a term that refers to a time and/ or type of style- it being in painting, music, literature, even architecture- with it all sharing a sense of emotion, individualism, and romance. Caro Beurmann curated The New Romantics Group Exhibition at the Corey Helford Gallery over the summer, bringing together over 30 artist from different backgrounds to create their own interpretation on romance & what its means to them. Of course what better way to express emotion then through their art work. I photographed some of my favorite pieces below. Enjoy.
